Report on M.Phil thesis defence by Ms Zara Kamran in the field of microbiology.
Ms. Zara Kamran has successfully defended her M.Phil. thesis in the field of Microbiology at the defense held in Abasyn University, Peshawar Campus, and qualified for the award of M.Phil. degree.
She did her research on Assessment of C-Reactive Protein (CRP) as standard in the diagnosis of Pneumonia among children from District Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
under the supervision of Dr. Abdur Rehman, Assistant Professor, Abasyn University Peshawar Campus. Dr. Mohsin Jamal (Assistant Professor, Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan) served as her external examiner and Dr. Muhammad Riaz (Assistant Professor, Microbiology and
Biotechnology Department, Abasyn University) served as internal examiner for the evaluation of
her thesis.
The defence was attended by a large number of faculty members and the students.
