Civil Engineering profession is one of the most stable and most diverse of the engineering disciplines. Civil Engineers cater to the national and international needs for buildings, highways, dams, bridges, irrigation network and water supply systems, by working with construction firms, manufacturing companies, engineering consulting firms in both public and private sector. They are the world’s largest users of building materials who plan, design, supervise the construction and maintenance of many facilities and systems that are essential to modern life.

The Department of Civil Engineering was established in 2013 at the Abasyn University Peshawar Campus offering Bachelors and Masters in Civil Engineering programs
