A Visit By Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Youth Employment Program of KPIT Board to Department of Management Sciences Abasyn University Peshawar
On 24th October 2018, a meeting was held between representatives of Abasyn University and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board for having valuable partnership with the University. From Abasyn University, Dr. Waqar Alam (Chairman, Department of Management Science), Mr. Zafar Iqbal (Additional Registrar), Miss Wajeeha Zamir (Lecturer) and Mr. Naveed Shinwari (Assistant Professor) took part in this fruitful session with Mr. Muhammad Shoaib and Mr. Mustafa Khan (Project Manager and Coordinator KPITB respectively).
An introductory session of KPITB with the students was also organized by the Art and Media society of Management Science Department in which Faculty members includes Mr. Irfan Ullah, Mr. Bilal, and Miss Sajda Gul also shared their experiences.
Abasyn University is now official Venue Partner for the Youth Employment Program of KPITB, which will benefit thousands of students for learning digital skills on their door step which includes the following courses;

Dr. Waqar Alam expressed gratitude to the representatives of KPIT board and appreciated the efforts made by Ms. Wajeeha Zamir in conducting such an informative session for our students and hope that this chain for knowledge sharing will go a long way in development of student's personal and professional capacity.
